The Fields is a master community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai, comprising 1,028 townhouses together with internal roads and a complete infrastructure package.
At this scale, every utility network — sewer, storm water, irrigation, potable water, power and telecom — requires its own chain of approvals, each signed off by several sub-authorities. INFRADA acted as the single point of contact between the project team and DM, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defence, du and the master developer, sequencing submissions so that no approval sat on the critical path.
