Abu Dhabi’s permitting runs through its own authorities and portals — ADM, ITC, ADDC, ADSSC and Civil Defence, with applications handled via TAMM and MePS. INFRADA managed the submission packages and authority follow-up so that approvals for all eleven buildings progressed in parallel.
